Erica Almaguer

Erica is a lecturer in the Child and Adolescent Development Department and the Director of the Associated Students (AS) Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC).  She is a Bay Area Native and has been at SF State since the fall of 1995. Her focus has been twofold, mentoring students who have an interest in supporting children and families and providing quality care to low-income families and students at SF State.  Erica has 3 children and a Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican hairless). In her free time she enjoys traveling, hanging out with family and friends and fostering dogs.
