Early Childhood Internship

If you said yes to either question, enroll in CAD 610 + CAD 611 to gain experience working with young children!

CAD 610 [01] - Early Childhood Internship Seminar
- Hybrid (In Person + Online Asynchronous) in Fall 2023
- Tuesday, 6:00-6:50 pm in HH 439
- Class meets in person on the following dates: August 22nd, August 29th, September 12th, September 26th, October 10th, November 7th, November 28th, December 5th
- Prerequisites:
- CAD 210 (or equivalent)
- CAD 260 (or equivalent)
- CAD 215 or CAD 230 (or equivalent)
- Concurrent enrollment in CAD 611

CAD 611 [01] - Early Childhood Internship
- Students will be placed at either Associated Students Early Childhood Education Center (AS ECEC) or Children’s Campus at SF State to complete an early childhood internship (90 hours over the semester).
- If students are already employed at an early childhood education center, they can email the instructor to request approval to conduct their internship at their place of employment.
